The Posing Guide

Ever gotten in front of a camera and froze up? Maybe you made a silly face instead since you weren’t sure what to do. One of the biggest fears my clients have is posing. It’s completely understandable too. Most of the population is not versed in the art of modeling ;) Don’t worry though, professional photographers have a great handle on this and can direct you through the whole process.  Whether it’s your wedding day or your engagement session, you have enough on your mind. Let the photographer be the one in charge of guiding you through looking your absolute best together. It’s impossible to know what you look like when you aren’t looking through the lens of the camera, so it’s extremely normal for the photographer to have communicate to you how to pose.

Even though you’ll be guided on how to pose regardless, many couples have appreciated getting a “heads up” on what to be thinking about during the session. So, I created this guide for my clients to better serve them and allow them to feel more prepared when going into photo sessions.
